Color Me Amber LLC (hereinafter referred to as “CMA Hair Lounge”) requires twenty-four (24) hours
notice to cancel, modify or reschedule appointments. Cancellations that occur with less
than twenty-four (24) hours notice will be subject to charge 25% of service.
Appointment reminders are sent solely for the Client’s convenience and are not to be relied
on. If the booking system is unable to reach Client, or the reminder is not received, Client
acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to remember scheduled appointment
time(s).
Clients are required to arrive on time to ensure that CMA is able to provide the full service.
CMA reserves the right to reschedule an appointment if Client arrives more than fifteen (15)
minutes late.
If after receiving service(s), Client would like an adjustment, a request for an adjustment
must be made within (7) days with the same stylist. An additional charge may be incurred
for any additional service(s) requested in conjunction with an adjustment. In the event that
a Client sees a different stylist, treats their hair themselves, or visits another stylist or
salon, or a request for an adjustment is made after seven (7) days, full service charges will
apply. No refunds will be given for services performed.
All price ranges listed on our website are starting prices and may be subject to increase or
adjust based on length of the appointment and desired result. Pricing will be discussed
during the consultation process. We are unable to quote exact prices over the phone.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, debit cards, personal checks and cash. A Three and One Half (3.5%) Percent discount is offered for payment in
cash.
All services are personalized to your desired outcome, but we highly recommend
scheduling a consultation beforehand to discuss with your stylist. We cannot guarantee
you will be booked for enough time to meet your hair goals in one session.
